All Highland Park student athletes must have a current ( within the past 3 years) sports clearance physical on file.   Be sure to update your physicals before the month they will expire.  You will be INELIGIBLE to participate if you do not have an active physical. A well child visit is not a sufficient document.  The document must indicate that your child is "cleared to participate in sports." For your convenience, the Athletic Office at HP and the Minnesota High School League web sight  has the appropriate  forms.

A Minnesota State High School League eligibility form must be on file in the HP Athletic Office. (One per Year)  Students acknowledge a commitment to appropriate behavior and to remain abstinent from any mood altering chemicals including tobacco. Students will also make proper fee payment for their individual sport.

Each student will need to be academically eligible to participate in  sports. Students will need to be on track with proper credits, working toward graduation.
