Work Experience and Transitional Service for Students with Disabilities The goal of the work experiential learning program is to teach students how to acquire quality employment, maintain employment and develop career goals. Students are encouraged to think there is always more to learn and that there is a wide range of training programs available to them. This is taught through enrollment in the STEPS program, occupational internship, and career seminar class. |
