Ms. Mendez Welcome to my homepage!  I am a "new" teacher here at Highland Park.  I have taught for 7 years in the St. Paul School District.  I currently teach IB History of the Americas for juniors and Economics for seniors. I was raised in St. Paul and graduated from Humboldt High School. I earned my B.A. at University of Minnesota Duluth in Secondary Social Studies Education, with an emphasis in Psychology.
