Welcome to the Highland Park Music Department.  Here you will find information about the Instrumental and Vocal Music Departments including course offerings, music recordings, schedules and some assignments.  At Highland we currently offer:  Concert Choir(Advanced), Mixed Choir (Intermediate),  Women's Choir,  Chamber Orchestra(Advanced),  Symphonic Band(Advanced),  Scot's Band(Intermediate),  Beginning Band, Beginning Keyboard,  Beginning Orchestra, Beginning Percussion,  History of American Music, World Music Survey,  Pre-IB Music Theory, IB Music,  and two co-curricular Jazz Bands that meet before school.  Check under the individual teachers for course offerings and other items.
